It’s our second Super Awesome Bubble Fan Friday and this week’s fan has a blog about food. Now food is an interesting subject in Utah. Mainly because so much of the food we eat here is deep fried, sugar based or cooked in a Dutch Oven… in fact we are known for foods like funeral potatoes, Jello salad and other foods that help your waste grow. Yup, we don’t smoke much, drink too much alcohol or do a ton of illicit drugs, but we have our vice… food! We love to eat and I think it’s fair to say we aren’t all about healthy in The Bubble. That is what makes this week’s fan so interesting… she has a food blog, lives in Utah and eats healthy. Now I know there are lots of healthy folks who live in Utah, but lets be honest with ourselves and admit we are a meat and potatoes kind of place.
So this week’s fan is Wendy and her food blog is GARLIC: NOT JUST A POWDER. Now Wendy is an awesome fan who went to the next level and actually posted a blog entry all about us, but she also posts recipes that you can make and- wait a minute… so there you go… I am going on and on about her blog generally being about healthy food and on April 13th she blogs about eating at In-N-Out (and having an animal style burger) and having eaten burritos too! So much for healthy lady.
Wendy does make really good food though. How do I know? I’m married to her… that’s right Wendy is married to the Utah Bubble Guy, but just so everyone knows, she only got a post on here because she drives traffic to our website. Anyone who drives traffic to our website will be honored with a mention during Super Awesome Bubble Fan Friday. (Plus she’s my wife and I love the crazy food bloggin lady).

Hey, thanks! And by the way, burritos can be a VERY healthy meal- black beans, tomatoes, avocado, rice… Don’t go trying to destroy my imaginary cred.
